异形光窗的微应力、高精度成型加工技术

Micro stress and high precision forming technique for special-shaped light window

  • 摘要: 针对异形光窗高精度成型加工中存在的问题,介绍了异形光窗的特点和成型技术原理,从镜面保护、定位工装的设计、尺寸测量与补偿算法及铣磨参数优化等4个关键问题开展试验研究,实现异形光窗的微应力精确无损成型,其线性尺寸误差≤0.03 mm,二维角度误差≤20″,斜面倾斜角度误差≤1.2′,表面疵病≤Ⅳ,满足隐身飞机对异形光窗的指标要求。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the high precision forming of the special-shaped light window, the characteristics of the light window and the principle of the forming technology were introduced. Experimental researches were carried out from 4 key problems, such as the mirror protection, the position tooling design, the size measurement and compensation algorithm, the optimization of the milling parameters and so on. And the micro-stress precise lossless forming of the special-shaped light window was realized. Results show that the linear error is less than 0.03 mm, the two-dimensional angle error is less than 20″, the angle error of the inclined plane is less than 1.2′, and the surface defect is less than Ⅳ, which can meet the requirements of the stealth aircraft for special-shaped light window.
