紧凑型自由曲面离轴三反系统设计

Design of compact freeform off-axis three-mirror system

  • 摘要: 针对小型化反射式光学系统的设计要求,采用新型的离轴三反光路形式和自由曲面,实现了F#为1.8,对角线视场角7.5°的紧凑型自由曲面离轴三反系统,光线在系统内多次重叠,系统波像差全视场平均值为0.017λ(λ=10 μm)。相比非球面离轴三反系统,该系统具有体积小、透过率高、大视场、无中心遮拦、多波段成像等优点。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the design requirement of miniature reflective optical system, the new off-axis three-mirror optic path and freeform surface were adopted, the compact freeform three-mirror was realized with 1.8 F# and 7.5° diagonal field of view(FOV).The light overlaps multiple times in the system, and the full FOV average of the system wave aberration is 0.017 λ (λ= 10 μm). Compared with the aspherical off-axis three-mirror system, the system has the advantages of small size, high transmittance, large FOV, no central obscuration, and multi-band imaging, etc.
