Driving technology for pulsed laser simulator with adjustable frequency and duty cycle

  • 摘要: 激光模拟检测技术在激光设备的检修保障中有着广泛的应用,其中激光设备接收系统接收由激光信号模拟器发出的特定波长的激光脉冲并观测接收系统的反应结果,是评价激光设备接收性能的一种有效手段。在对LED发光机理分析的基础上,提出了一种运用LED模拟某1.06 制导激光脉冲信号的方法,并创造性设计了频率占空比易调的LED激光信号模拟器驱动电路。经过实验验证,该驱动电路具有良好的频率占空比任意可调性能和较高的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: In laser equipment test, a laser receiver is tested by receiving laser pulses at specific wavelength transmitted by a signal simulator and observing its response. It is an effective way to evaluate the performance of the laser equipment. Based on the analysis of emitting mechanism of LED, we proposed a method to simulate 1.06 m guided laser pulse with LED, and designed the driving circuit of LED laser signal simulator with easy-to-adjust frequency and duty cycle. Experimental results show that the driving circuit has good adjustability of frequency and duty cycle.
