周视监控全景镜头设计

  • 摘要: 利用ZEMAX光学软件设计了一种可用于周视监控的全景镜头,镜头由凹凸反射镜组和中继镜组组成,反射镜组使镜头获得大视场角,中继镜组将反射镜组所成的虚像投影到探测器上。该镜头有效焦距为0.97 mm,F数为1.5,垂直方向视场为65~95,水平方向视场为360,镜头工作在475 nm~750 nm波段,总长为69.7 mm。设计结果表明:系统全视场f型畸变小于5 %,调制传递函数(MTF)值在空间频率为60 lp/mm时大于0.58,系统成像质量良好,可满足周视监控的使用要求。

     

    Abstract: A panoramic lens for full view monitoring was designed with ZEMAX.The system consists of a concave and convex mirror group and a relay lens. The mirror group enable the lens to obtain a large field of view, and the relay lens projects the virtual image formed by the mirror group onto the detector. The effective focal length is 0.97mm,the relative aperture is 1∶1.5, field of view is 65~95in vertical direction and 360in horizontal, the wavelength spectrum is 475nm~750nm and the total optical length is 69.7mm.The result shows that the maximum f- distortion is less than 5% and the modulation transformation function at 60lp/mm is greater than 0.58, which proves that the image quality of the optical system is good. The system has large filed of view and it is simple in structure and small in volume, which meets the requirements of full view monitoring lens systems.
