快速偏转反射镜研究现状及关键技术

  • 摘要: 快速偏转反射镜作为目标和接收器之间控制光束方向的反射镜装置已广泛应用于天文望远镜、激光通讯、图像稳定系统、自适应光学系统和激光武器等系统中。介绍国内外研制快速偏转镜的现状,在此基础上,对快速偏转镜的驱动、控制及检测等关键技术进行讨论,指出实现反射镜机构及其驱动、控制、检测系统的集成化、小型化和智能化是快速偏转反射镜的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: Fast steering mirror (FSM) is a device used to control the direction of light beam accurately. As an accurate device, it has important applications in astronomical telescope, laser communication, tracking and targeting system, stabilized imaging system, adaptive optical system and laser weapon. Several types of FSM were introduced. Some key technologies and components of FSM were discussed, including actuator, controller and sensors. Finally, the development trend of FSM is described.
