Study of Rice Microspore Microscopy Image Collection and Analysis System

  • 摘要: 文章描述了水稻花粉颗粒显微图像采集与分析系统的原理及结构.充分利用细胞显微图像彩色信息进行阈值分割,根据细胞形态特征,提出一种形态识别统计算法.实验结果证明此方法快速、有效,并已初步应用于农业生物学研究.

     

    Abstract: The principle and structure of rice microspore microscopy image collection and analysis system are discussed. Make use of colour information of the cell microscope image to complete threshold segmentation. According to the cell characteristics, the arithmetic of signature recognition in morpha and statistic is proposed. The experimental result shows that the method is fast and effective, and has been applied in the study of agrobiology.
