新型可变光衰减器的温度特性研究

The Temperature Character of a Novel Variable Optical Attenuator

  • 摘要: 介绍一种新型光衰减器的工作原理、结构及温度特性.实验中采用在线温度特性测试法得到了新型光衰减器的插入损耗随温度变化的特性曲线.提出通过改进工艺的办法来优化新型光衰减器结构和提高光衰减器温度稳定性的方案.

     

    Abstract: The working principle,structure and the temperature character of a novel variable optical attenuator are intro-duced in this paper. We can obtain the character curve of the variation of novel variable optical attenuator's insertion loss with temperature by using the on-line temperature test.In the end we propose an idea of improving the optical attenuator's temperature stabilization by optimizing the processing technology.
