Application of HDMP 1022/1024 in high-speed fiber data transmission

  • 摘要: 介绍了Agilent公司的G-link芯片HDMP 1022(TX)/1024(RX)的结构和工作原理以及2种芯片和PECL逻辑电平输入/输出光发射模块/接收模块的接口电路。给出了用上述芯片组合构成点对点双向全双工光纤数据传输系统及单向传输系统的具体电路。叙述了这2种典型系统的启动和同步过程。该系统可用于高分辨率数字电视信号和其他高速数据信号的光纤传输系统。

     

    Abstract: The structure and operation principle of HDMP 1022(TX)/1024(RX) made by Agilent is introduced. The interface circuits of the two chips and light emitting/receiving modules with PECL logic are presented. The circuits for point-to-point bidirectional full-duplex fiber data transmission system and onedirection transmission system were designed with the chips mentioned above. The start-up and synchronization process of the two typical systems are described. The system can be used in fiber transmission systems for high-resolution digital television signal and other high-speed data signals.
