Abstract
In order to solve the problems of more deviation of optical axis and larger space occupancy induced by traditional structural method, this paper presents a CCD camera with the structure of multiple fields of view(FOVs) and fixed focal length which is based on a precision casting to cast the inner rough shape of every FOV in the casting. Through the numerical control (NC) machining and the reliable assembling and adjustment method, the parallelism and stability of optical axis for this system are guaranteed efficiently. Impact and vibration tests are carried out and the measurement results show that the opticalaxis parallelism error of the multiple FOV system is less than 0.2mrad; its optical-axis stability error is less than 0.1mrad. So the structure design method is feasible and effective .It has the advantages of compact structure, lighter weight, more reliable optical-axis parallelism and stability, high reliability.
