Abstract
In order to verify the accuracy of the tracking ability of infrared seeker in laboratory environment, a set of target sources that can simulate the energy distribution of flying targets and a guarantee vehicle that can meet the corresponding posture conditions were designed. An off-axis parabolic reflective mirror with a focal length of 700 mm was used to meet the requirements of 2′ beam divergenceangle, multiple mirrors and off-axis mirrors were used to form a reflective collimator to simulate spatial distance, the requirement of the third gear energy was realized by 1% and 10% two-piece attenuator and the adjustment of optical pupil. The fine adjustment lifting mechanism was used to realize the adjustment of 0°~10° pitch angle, the rolling mechanism was used to meet the adjustment of 0°~10° roll angle, and the hydraulic lifting mechanism was used to achieve 0~1 000 mm lifting index. The result that the maximum deformation of the lifting arm is 0.11 mm and the maximum stress is 111.6 MPa after mechanical calculations and static analysis, which can meet the requirements of 1 000 kg load. Moreover, the first-order mode shape obtained by the modal analysis of the frame has a natural frequency of 25.355 Hz, which is much larger than the condition for generating resonance. Therefore, the target source and condition guarantee vehicles meet the requirements of the indicator.
