基于高温黑体的光谱辐射亮度的测试研究

Research on measurement of spectral radiance luminance base on hightemperature blackbody

  • 摘要: 介绍了基于高温黑体的光谱辐射亮度的测试方法。该方法以高温黑体为基础复现了大口径高温黑体在出口处的光谱辐射亮度,并将复现获得的量值通过相对法对光谱辐射亮度标准灯进行了量值传递,发现所得量值具有测量不确定度低等一系列的优点。介绍了使用的BB3200K型高温黑体及其测量装置。在该装置中使用了光学反馈系统和精密测温系统,获得了高的稳定性和理想的测温结果。

     

    Abstract: A method to measure the spectral radiance luminance is introduced. The spectral radiance luminance at the exit of a largediameter hightemperature blackbody was reconstructed with the method based on a hightemperature blackbody. At the same time, the acquired magnitude of the spectral radiance luminance for the standard lamp is transferred by the aid of the relative method. It is found that the acquired magnitude has lower measurement uncertainty. The measurement results are presented in this paper. BB3200K hightemperature blackbody and its measurement system are briefly introduced. The higher stability and satisfactory measuring result were obtained with the system into which an optical feedback system and an accurate temperaturemeasurement system were incorporated.
