基于量子光学的光电成像探测技术研究进展

    Progress in quantum optics-based photoelectric imaging and detection technology

    • 摘要: 随着经典光电探测手段的性能逐渐趋于极限,基于量子光学的光电探测技术因其在克服复杂环境干扰、远程弱小目标探测及高灵敏度极限感知方面展现出的卓越性能,日益受到业内关注。本文梳理了基于量子光学的典型光电成像探测技术的研究现状与特点,探讨了其未来发展方向,并从物理机制、核心器件及信息处理等方面提出了若干发展思考。

       

      Abstract: As classical photodetection approaches its performance limits, quantum-optics-based photodetection has drawn growing interest for its demonstrated advantages in mitigating environmental noise, sensing weak targets at long range, and achieving ultimate sensitivity. In this paper, a review was conducted on the current state and distinctive features of representative quantum-optic imaging and detection techniques. Future research directions were discussed, and perspectives on further development were offered from the viewpoints of underlying physics, device engineering, and signal processing.
