单线阵CCD相机立靶测量原理

Measuring principle of vertical target based on single linear array CCD camera

  • 摘要: 针对现有双CCD交汇立靶在室内使用时存在的光源复杂的问题,提出一种单线阵CCD相机立靶测量原理。采用一台线阵CCD相机,配合两个小功率半导体扇形一字线状激光器和投影板作为光源,将CCD相机的探测光幕面和激光光源的光幕面调整在同一个面内,当弹丸穿越探测光幕面时,挡住了两个激光器投射在投影板上的部分光线,并在投影板上留下对应两个激光器的弹丸的投影,CCD相机采集到两个投影点的影像,并通过计算机处理得到投影点的位置坐标,进而求得弹着点的X,Y坐标。给出了测量原理及公式,并对测量误差进行了分析,结果表明,在测量靶面为1 m1 m时,X和Y坐标测量误差均小于1.4 mm,该方案具有测量原理简单,成本低、且易于工程化的优点。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of complex Light of double CCD intersection vertical target when used indoor. a measurment principle of single linear array CCD camera vertical target was presented. Two low-power semiconductor laser with projection board were used as the lamp-house of the CCD camera. The detection light screen of the CCD camera and the laser lamp-house were adjusted to same plane. When projectile passed through the detection light screen, it block the part light of the two lasers and left two shadow on the board. The two shadow were acquired by the CCD camera and their-coordinates were cilcutated by computer, then the projectile coordinate of X and Y were obtained through further calculation. The measuring principle and the formulas were given, and the measuring error was analyzed. The results show that the coordinate error of X and Y are all less than 1.4 mm when the detection light screens is 1m1m, and this solution has advanLanges of simple,low-cost and easy to be engineering implemented.
