Abstract: Based on Reed-Solomon sequence arithmetic,we put forward a new kind of space/wavelength/time spread three-dimensional optical code for OCDMA system,and performed some mathematical analyses.Compared with 2-D code,3-D optical code has much bigger capacitance,better bandwidth efficiency and lower error probability,and enhances the feasibility of the OCDMA system.
