Abstract: The expression between reflex light-tube installation error and emergent beam axis, as well as the calculation formula of the luminous energy loss was derived based on theoretical analysis for the light transmission characteristic of the reflex light-tube in the azimuth pointing system of missiles. The selection principle of the reflex light-tube structure version was summarized. The theoretical foundation for the reflex light-tube applied in the azimuth pointing systems of missiles is provided.
