基于投影分割的激光告警光斑中心快速提取算法

Rapid extraction algorithm of laser alarm spot center based on projection segmentation

  • 摘要: 针对现有激光告警系统中因数据处理不及时导致漏警、响应速度慢的问题,提出了一种基于投影分割的光斑中心快速提取算法,根据衍射图像中各级光斑横向均匀分布的特点,提出先向坐标轴投影,再分别计算光斑中心坐标,实现快速提取的方法。将该算法部署到FPGA硬件系统,使告警系统能够在一帧图像传输周期内完成光斑中心坐标提取任务,提高了图像处理效率,进而实现高效告警。经实验证明,该算法光斑中心坐标提取最大误差为1个像素,告警系统响应时间为17.453 ms。该方法通过优化图像处理算法,缩短了告警设备响应时间,实现了对来袭激光快速、准确的告警。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of missed alarm and slow response speed in the existing laser alarm system due to untimely data processing, a rapid extraction algorithm of spot center based on projection segmentation was proposed. According to the characteristics of the horizontal uniform distribution of spots at all levels in the diffraction images, a method of rapid extraction was proposed by projecting to the coordinate axis and calculating the center coordinates of light spot respectively. The proposed algorithm was deployed to the FPGA hardware system, so as to enable the alarm system to complete the task of extracting the center coordinates of the spot within a frame image transmission cycle, which improved the image processing efficiency and realized the efficient alarming. Experiments show that the maximum error of spot center coordinate extraction is 1 pixel, and the response time of the alarm system is 17.453 ms. By optimizing the image processing algorithm, the response time of the alarm equipment is shortened, and the rapid and accurate alarm of the incoming laser is realized.
