折衍二元光学用金刚石车刀设计

Design of diamond turning tool for binary diffractive optics

  • 摘要: 栏光效应是影响折衍元件衍射效率的一个重要因素,栏光效应与加工刀具有着密切的关系。分析刀具圆弧半径与栏光效应的联系、刀具参数与元件加工后的表面粗糙度的关系以及刀具耐用度等要求,设计了加工折衍二元光学元件的金刚石刀具,给出刀具加工里程数计算公式和车削实验结果。实验结果证明:设计的金刚石刀具能够满足折衍二元光学元件的产业化加工要求,刀具耐用度较强化前提高2倍多。

     

    Abstract: As the EO products are developing, the requirements for the processing accuracy of binary diffractive optical element (DOE) become higher, especially the diffractive efficiency, the profile precision, etc. And shadow effect affects the diffractive efficiency efficiently,which is closely associated with the tool parameters. The single crystal diamond tool for DOE manufacturing was designed, based on the analysis of the relationship between diamond tool and shadow effect, surface roughness, wear resistance. According to the turning experiment, the results indicate that the designed single signal crystal diamond tool satisfies the demand for processing DOE, and the wear resistance improves by two times than before strengthened.
