Distortion measurement of grating head-up display

  • 摘要: 光栅平视显示器的畸变严重影响对目标的观察、定位、测量与分析, 其定量测量是装配调试过程中亟待解决的问题。结合光栅平视显示器工作原理及其畸变产生原因,利用光电测量技术对光栅平视显示器的畸变测量进行了深入研究。针对不同原因引起的光栅平视显示器畸变建立畸变测量系统,并对其探测器进行标定;利用标定后的CCD探测器实现对光栅平视显示器的畸变测量,并对其畸变测量不确定度进行了分析。实验表明,该畸变测量系统测量光栅平视显示器相对畸变的测量不确定度为0.5%。
    Abstract: The distortion of grating head-up display seriously affects the observation, measurement, positioning and analysis of object. Therefore its distortion quantitative measurement must be finished during the process of setting and assembling. Combining with the work principle and distortion causes of grating head-up display and utilizing the photoelectric measurement technology, its distortion quantitative measurement was further studied. Firstly, the distortion measurement system was set up to measure the distortion of grating head-up display caused by different reasons, and its CCD detector was calibrated. Secondly, the calibrated CCD detector was used to measure the distortion of grating head-up display, and the uncertainty of distortion measurement was analyzed. Utilizing this distortion measurement system, the experimental results show that the uncertainty of the relative distortion measurement of grating head-up display is 0.5%.
