三像法折射率测量与误差修正

    Refractive index measurement and error correction using three-image method

    • 摘要: 为了实现光学材料折射率的高精度测量,使用三像法对最小偏向角法进行了改进。通过分别测量三棱镜顶角所对应的三个最小偏向角,实现最小偏向角的精确定位,从而提高折射率的测量不确定度。在测角仪上开展了最小偏向角与三像法的折射率测量对比实验,验证了三像法可以提升折射率测量不确定度,理论不确定度可以达到10−6。综合实际环境条件对测量结果的影响,推导了改进的环境修正公式。

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve high-precision measurement of refractive index of optical materials, the minimum deviation angle method was improved using three-image method. By separately measuring three minimum deviation angles corresponding to apex angle of prism, precise positioning of the minimum deviation angle was achieved, thereby improving the measurement uncertainty of refractive index. Comparative experiments on refractive index measurement using minimum deviation angle and three-image method were conducted on angle measuring instrument to verify that three-image method can enhance measurement uncertainty of refractive index, with a theoretical uncertainty reaching 10−6. Considering the influence of actual environmental conditions on test results, an improved environmental correction formula was derived.
