AOTF衍射光的色散抑制技术研究

    Study on dispersion suppression technique of AOTF diffractive light

    • 摘要: 声光可调滤波器(acousto-optic tunable filter,AOTF)作为声光调制型高光谱成像系统的分光单元,在工作时会产生色散的±1级衍射光。为了将+1级衍射光利用起来,以解决现有声光调制型高光谱成像系统的能量利用率低的问题,设计了一种在+1级光路中添加1块光楔的硬件补偿办法,并提出一种像元剪切的方法,使色散引起的图像漂移进一步降低。最后,通过实验测试发现,在450 nm~850 nm光谱范围内,该方法可以使+1级光路的图像漂移从288 μm降低到2.4 μm。

       

      Abstract: The acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF), as the beam splitter unit of the acousto-optic modulated hyperspectral imaging system, produces +1-level diffracted light with dispersion during its operation. In order to utilize the +1-level diffracted light path as well, so as to solve the problem of low energy utilization of the existing acousto-optic modulated hyperspectral imaging system, a hardware compensation method of adding a light wedge in the +1-level light path was designed, and a method of image element shearing to further reduce the image drift caused by chromatic dispersion was proposed. Finally, it is found by experimental tests that the method can reduce the image drift of the +1-level optical path from 288 μm to 2.4 μm in the spectral range of 450 nm~850 nm.
