激光/红外双波段复合光电制导组件共口径光学系统设计

Optical design of common aperture laser/IR light dual-band composite photoelectric guidance component

  • 摘要: 随着精确制导武器的对抗层次越来越高,具有命中精度高的双模复合制导的优势更加明显。设计了一套激光/红外双波段复合光电制导组件共口径光学系统。共口径光学结构可以压缩系统尺寸,红外成像子系统可以获得目标的高清图像,激光接收光学子系统可以对目标反射的激光光斑中心进行高精度定位测量。整个系统入射光通光口径44 mm,红外成像系统F数为1,在空间频率42 lp/mm处,温度20℃以下,0°视场光线的MTF值约为0.46,全视场光线的MTF值约为0.36,RMS半径为4.466 μm,全视场畸变约为−0.13%。在工作温度范围−40℃~+70℃内系统MTF变化不大于10%。激光接收光学子系统全接收视场为±4°,线性接收视场为±2°,当激光发射功率大于0.6 mW时,激光接收光学系统的截获距离可大于10 km。光学系统总长度为88 mm,宽度为53 mm,加入机械结构后,系统体积为94 mm×68 mm×50 mm,质量为293克。该系统结构简单、紧凑,装调难度低,适用于光电制导组件小型化发展趋势,具有较高的实用价值。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing level of confrontation between precision-guided weapons, the advantages of dual-mode composite guidance with high hit accuracy are becoming more. This paper designs a common aperture laser/IR light dual-band composite photoelectric guidance component. The common aperture optical structure can reduce the system size, IR imaging subsystem can obtain high-definition images of the target, and the laser receiving subsystem can perform high-precision positioning measurements on the center of the laser spot reflected by target. The entire system has an incident light aperture of 44 mm, an F number of 1 for the visible imaging system. At the spatial frequency of 42 lp/mm, the MTF value of the 0 field light is about 0.46, that of the full field light is about 0.36, and the RMS radius is 4.466 μm, the field distortion is about −0.13%. The system MTF does not vary by more than 10% within the operating temperature range from −40℃ to +70℃. Full reception field of view of laser receiving optical subsystem is ±4° and linear reception field of view is ±2°. When the laser emission power is greater than 0.6MW, the interception distance of the laser receiving optical system can be greater than 10 km. The overall optical system length is 88mm and the width is 53 mm. After adding the mechanical structure, the volume is 94 mm×68 mm×50 mm and the weight is 293 g. The system is simple and compact, easy to assemble and adjust, suitable for the trend of miniaturization of seekers, and has very high practical value.
