基于机器视觉的齿轮测量技术研究进展

Research progress of gear measurement technology based on machine vision

  • 摘要: 基于机器视觉的齿轮精度测量是齿轮精度理论与机器视觉技术的有机结合,一次测量可以获得齿轮的全部几何要素,适用于批量齿轮的在线测量,具有不损伤表面、避免搬运造成光洁度下降、测量信息全面等优点。首先研究了机器视觉的基本原理,然后对齿轮二维图像测量的研究现状进行了表述,并介绍了机器视觉齿轮立体图像多种测量方法的结果,最后展望了机器视觉技术在齿轮测量领域的发展、应用优缺点和多元融合,为广大齿轮制造商以及从事机器视觉测量研究的学者提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Gear accuracy measurement based on machine vision is an organic combination of gear accuracy theory and machine vision technology. All geometric elements of gears can be obtained in one measurement, which is suitable for online measurement of batch gears. It has the advantages of not damaging the surface, avoiding the loss of finish caused by handling, and comprehensive measurement information. Firstly, the basic principle of machine vision is studied, then the research status of gear two-dimensional image measurement is described, and the results of various measurement methods of machine vision gear three-dimensional image are introduced. Finally, the development, application advantages and disadvantages and multi-integration of machine vision technology in the field of gear measurement are prospected, which provides a reference for the majority of gear manufacturers and scholars engaged in machine vision measurement research.
