某光电装置光轴一致性改进分析

Improvement and analysis of optical axis consistency of an electro-optical device

  • 摘要: 某传感器侧挂结构形式的光电装置光轴一致性指标超差。通过对光电装置的光具座、传感器罩等相关零件的结构进行分析,对光具座、传感器罩的相互配合面和光具座的传感器安装面的平面度进行改进设计,提高精度,并适当增加其壁厚;着重对改进前后的光具座进行了模态分析。通过搭建试验装置对改进后的光电装置进行试验测试,对试验测试数据进行分析。试验结果表明,改进措施对提高光电装置光轴一致性有效。

     

    Abstract: The optical axis consistency index of an electro-optical device with side hanging structure of a sensor is out of tolerance. Through the analysis of the structure of the optical bench, sensor cover and other related parts of the electro-optical device, the flatness of the mating surface of optical bench, sensor cover and the sensor mounting surface of optical bench was optimized, the accuracy was improved, and the wall thickness was appropriately increased. The modal analysis of the optical bench before and after improvement was emphasized. The improved electro-optical device was verified and tested by building a test device, and the test data were analyzed. The test results show that the improvement measures are effective in improving the optical axis consistency of the electro-optical device.
