基于LABVIEW的多光轴平行性测试方法

Test method of multi-axis parallelism based on LABVIEW

  • 摘要: 针对现代光电武器系统中多种传感器光轴平行性的检测问题,提出了一种基于LABVIEW的高精度多光轴平行性检测方法。该方法以离轴式大口径抛物镜面平行光管法原理为硬件设计基础。利用LABVIEW的高效率模块化功能和LABVIEW-Vision的强大图像处理功能实现该检测方法的软件设计。经试验验证,该测试方法误差小于5″,满足光电武器系统多光轴平行性测试要求。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the detection problem of optical axis parallelism of various sensors in modern photoelectric weapon systems, a high precision multi-optical axis parallelism detection method based on LABVIEW was proposed. The method was based on the principle of the collimator with large diameter and parabolic mirror. The software design of the detection method was realized by the high efficiency modular function of LABVIEW and the powerful image processing function of LABVIEW-Vision. It is verified by experiments that the error of this test method is less than 5″, which meets the requirements of multi-optical axis parallelism test of photoelectric weapon systems.
