空间光学遥感器次镜参数化设计
Design and analysis for secondary mirror of space remote sensor by parameterization method

摘要: 根据某空间遥感器次镜设计指标要求,采用ANASYS多参数优化设计功能对次镜轻量化进行优化设计。利用UG软件建立反射镜体结构的参数化模型,在ANSYS中将有关结构参数变量指定为优化设计变量,以反射镜体在地面重力作用下的镜面变形误差以及反射镜支撑孔位移为零作为约束条件,结合有限元法对镜体轻量化结构的尺寸参数进行优化分析,得到了轻量化率达到80.635%,镜面面形精度RMS为6.953 nm,PV值为31.317 nm,满足设计要求的反射镜。Abstract: According to the design index requirements of a space remote sensors secondary mirror, a lightweight mirror was designed by using the optimization solution function of ANASYS. In the design process, model parameters of the secondary mirror were set as variables and they were solved iteratively through the multi-parameter optimization design function of ANASYS to meet the size of the secondary mirrors under minimum quality and shape deformation. Finally, a secondary mirror mode which could meet design requirement l was got with the lightweight rate of 80.635%, the surface figure root-mean-square(RMS) value of6.953 nm and peak-valley(PV) value of 31.317nm.
